Bring a friend, get a $20 service credit

There will be a field labeled Referral Code at checkout. Enter your Bring a Friend code in that field and hit Apply. You should then see your discount applied.

You can log in to your account and visit the referral section to find and share your code.

Earned Friend credits can only be applied toward service payments. One $20 credit at a time will auto-apply toward your next service payment when on a monthly plan. If you are on an annual plan, credits will remain banked in your account until your next service payment. When your Annual Plan is up for renewal, you can then use a single Friend credit on the purchase of an Annual Plan, or on subsequent monthly plan purchases. 

If you bring a friend and they activate service, you'll get a $20 credit added to your account. If you’re on a monthly plan, that $20 will be auto-applied to your next service payment. If you’re on an annual plan, that $20 will remain in your referral bank and will auto-apply the next time you are on a monthly plan or 1 credit can be applied to the purchase of an annual plan.

When you become eligible for an offer, we’ll notify you via email and update the Referrals section of your account to indicate your eligibility.

Earn gift cards, home devices and a number of other exciting rewards! The offer you’re eligible for will specify the reward you can earn.

Go to the Referrals section of your account and enroll in your offer, then start referring! Once the required number of referrals activate their Visible service by the date specified, and remain active members for the required amount of time, you’ll earn your reward. Reward updates will be emailed and available in the Referrals section of your account, so you can keep track of your progress along the way.

Yes. Offer rewards are a bonus! You’ll continue earning the same referral credits, the same way, while you earn your offer reward.

You can have 12 Friend credits banked at any time. If you refer more than 12 new members while you have 12 credits banked, you will still only receive the maximum of 12 credits.
